Calvin Mitschke, President After being in the PTFE business since 1965, Leeco's President, Calvin Mitschke, established Leeco Industrial Plastics, Inc. in October 1991 as a manufacturing processor of industrial Teflon®. Leeco started with 8 employees, 3 manual lathe machines, 2 hydraulic presses and one industrial oven. Today, Leeco has 49 employees and operates two shifts. Leeco has state-of-the-art equipment ranging from 15+ manual lathes, 4+ CNC lathes, 4-axis CNC mills, 6+ hydraulic presses and 4+ industrial ovens. We supply custom parts to numerous industries, including automotive, biotechnology and pharmaceutical, electrical and construction, food and medical, hydraulic repair, petro-chemical, and semiconductor. Our number one priority is our customers. We take great strides to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their orders. From the helpful and friendly salespeople, to the outstanding machinists and molders, to the precise QA department and finally through the meticulous packaging and preparation of the shipping department, we aspire to make our customer's experience as rewarding as possible.
